The "School House" is a fully self-contained, one bedroom, old school house, (circa 1859), in which you will find everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a fully equipped kitchen, which is supplied with all your cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. The kitchen is stocked with a variety of teas, coffees, hot chocolate and milk, as well as fresh bread, a variety of cereals, orange juice, low fat yogurts, fruit and all your toast toppers. Full, "Cook your own" breakfast hampers can be supplied on request.

The bed is so comfortable, that you'll want to sleep in for as long as possible, or you can just snuggle in and watch the LCD television. And, when you finally get up, you can put on the bathrobe and slippers we've supplied, and make your way to the bathroom, where you will find luxurious towels and all your toiletries, as well as a hairdryer, and there is even a washer and dryer for those wanting to stay longer.

When you finally walk outside you will look out over the river flats and up to the picturesque hills and to Mt Frome, an almost famous, Mudgee icon. On one side of the property, you’ll find broodmares in their paddock, on the other a vineyard, and some mornings, you’ll look out the back to see sheep, strolling past the back fence. There are plenty of places around the grounds, for you to relax with a cup of coffee and the paper, in the morning sun, or in the evening, with a glass of wine whilst taking in the view. What more could you ask for?
